  1. All terms of QuickBooks Online by Intuit are applicable for the usage of its product including data storage, security, Tool availability and requirements to use its tool / service / Accounting Software.

  3. Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. does not host your business data nor does it provide Accounting Software service for QuickBooks Online or any other Software. It provides support for using Accounting Software QuickBooks Online to the best of our knowledge.
3. Payment Terms and Payment Mode
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. will be making payment on behalf of your QuickBooks Online service to Intuit on your activation date every month for each month.
  • Your payment is due to Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. on the activation date of your account every month.
  • If payment is not received, account may be cancelled within 30 days.
  • Payment can be done via Cheque, E-transfer.

Progressive Pack
  • Progressive Pack includes Monthly QuickBooks Essentials Subscription
  • Progressive Pack provides support for Unlimited QuickBooks "How-to" Questions, answered per month via Phone or Email Support
Multi Value Pack
  • MultiValue Pack includes Monthly QuickBooks Essentials Subscription
  • MultiValue Pack provides support for Unlimited QuickBooks “How-to” Questions, answered per month via Phone or Email Support.
  • MultiValue Pack also offers Remote login troubleshooting of 2 Hours per year (Maximum 2 Sessions).
  • MultiValue Pack also offers 2 Onsite Visits each of 3 Hours per year.
Exceptional Pack
  • Exceptional Pack includes Monthly QuickBooks Essentials Subscription
  • Exceptional Pack provides support Unlimited QuickBooks "How-to" Questions, answered per month via Phone or Email Support

  • * * Initial Setup and Training - A one-time setup plan of $129 provided @ $99 when signed for any plan.
  • * Additional per hour charges $40 per hour may apply, if not included in plan. Rates applicable for City of Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville. Cities not listed, please confirm with us.
5. QuickBooks Data File Rights
  • Depending on your subscription you can create the number of users and access rights can be allocated. QuickBooks Online provides various options for each subscription.
  • Access rights information can be captured here: https://support.qbo.intuit.com/help/qbop/help_company_user_rights.html
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. will have the Master Admin access to the data file.
6. Cancellation of Account
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. can cancel account if payment is not done as mentioned in Step 3.
  • If you require cancelling account, 30 days notice will be required.
  • Cancellation of account with Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc., will revert back to services status by Intuit and charges as applicable by Intuit will apply.
7. Billing
  • Rates updates by QuickBooks or Intuit will apply as when updated by QuickBooks or Intuit Canada.
8. Other Terms:
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc. Or any of their representatives are not Book keepers or Accountants for your Business(es).
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc does not store / record your Business(es) data on any of its equipments/Servers.
  • If using Payroll, charges as mentioned by Intuit shall apply. Please refer to link here for further details.
  • Data issues, corruption by any means, password lost, locked or forgotten which require to be fixed or diagnosed by QuickBooks, Intuit or any other 3rd party company or organization will not be covered.
  • Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc will not be responsible for any data or business loss, by any means.
  • Subscriptions to Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc plans are recommendations / suggestions for your QuickBooks Online features / usage in QuickBooks Online to the best of our knowledge.
  • Remote support available at additional per hour charge. Remote login software not provided by Fintech Integrated Solutions Inc.
  • Troubleshooting, implementation or any assistance will not be provided for 3rd party software, connected directly or indirectly with QuickBooks Online.
