  • What to bring in the First Meeting ?

    Documents and Statements (Bank and Credit Card), Invoices and Bills, Receipts, Financial Statement. You can bring documents in a box and we will sort it

  • First Meeting

    We can come to you or you can be at our place. The purpose of the meeting is to clearly understand your issues, and how to resolve the issues. We need to understand your business, your expectations, and your goals by which we can develop a workable solution for your business. We can help with you Jobs / projects for your business.

  • After First Meeting

    We will work with the information shared and develop a plan for your business. We will offer you a quote which will help you monitor your projects / jobs at different levels. You can share your data by sending word documents, spreadsheets, pdf documents, receipts, USB drives, mail in. We will create your login on our secured “Client Hub” wherein you can upload documents and statements.

We enter your estimates, invoices, receive payments, purchase orders, vendor bills, pay bills, credit card transactions, checks, deposits. We also reconcile your Bank and Credit Card statements and update your Sales Tax.

Your Part

We do not touch your money. We do not have direct access to your Bank or Credit card accounts, Federal and Provincial tax agency accounts. We can prepare your Sales Tax returns (monthly and / or quarterly) however only you can authorize payment.

QuickBooks Hosting Solutions for Contractors

QuickBooks Data is Hosted by Intuit not on our Servers. These environments are professionally managed and secured. We provide you with an Online Login Access to your QuickBooks for contractors file wherein you can have live access to your data.

QuickBooks Solutions by Us

You do not need to buy QuickBooks. We will be entering and preparing all the reports for you. The documents will be uploaded to our secure “Client Hub”, wherein you will have your dedicated login. You can download your documents as and when needed.

We offer flat pricing and we recommend flat pricing. Hourly pricing is more burden on you as your traditional accountant may be sitting and charging you for your bookkeeping, while you are paying them by hour.
